Welcome to Matt Yung Photography and congratulations on your engagement. We are so excited and honored that you have dropped by to view our photography. We adore what we do and would love to know more about you and the vision you have for your wedding day.
Our Story
Our story as a couple began in a little church in west Los Angeles where we met in 2001. Fast forward a couple of years to our wedding at the Disneyland Hotel and a move to Georgia where our start as wedding photographers began in 2005. The two of us grew to three when our daughter was born and rounded out to four with our son. Different as night and day, their unique personalities have added more to our lives than we could have ever imagined. Include a couple of cute, but slightly destructive cats and a very prissy dog and you get our complete family.
Using his studies in film at RISD and his time working in film and television in Los Angeles, Matt uses photography to string still images into a beautiful love story. His fun loving personality makes you feel instantly comfortable in front of the camera. Melissa is the quieter one who will notice and photograph all the little touches and details you have put into your day. We feel very blessed to be able to work together and share in the moment two people come together as a married couple with the excitement of a lifetime to come.
